Alcohol Addiction


Regular beer  can be quite an antioxidant boost but a lot of calories to go with it. Doctors suggest sticking to light beer if you must have beer.  

You know that alcohol in excess can lead to that,dreaded beer belly, we often forget about this over weekends when you just want to let your hair down its all about the moment of indulgence . So we just get quite carried away instead of worrying about anything - least of all health and the sagging skin. But if you are going to indulge yourself, it’s worth knowing which alcohols are good and which ones aren’t. 


1.    Heart -  Alcohol as a blood thinner enhances your ensymes and gives you a stimulation in terms of movement and energy

2.   Antioxidants found in alcohol are very important to good health.

3.   Moderate alcohol consumption can lower the incidence of coronary heart diseases, type 2 diabetes, as well as result in an overall reduction in mortality. 

4.   Higher bone density in postmenopausal women.
